Whale Coast Theatre
The Whale Coast Theatre in Hermanus has two modern cinemas that show a selection of the latest blockbuster movies and also hosts live entertainment and performances.
Cinema 1 (Premier Theatre)
A traditional style cinema consisting of 179 seats. This venue has been expertly designed to be utilised as a venue for live entertainment and includes backstage facilities for performers.
Cinema 2 (Beanbag Theatre)
This cinema, also known as the "Beanbag Theatre" has 30 extra-large, super snug beanbags for our younger movie fans and mostly screens movies suitable for our younger audience.
Both cinemas can also be hired for private functions and corporate events and the Beanbag Theatre is the ideal venue for hosting your child’s birthday celebration.
